Opportunity
Roberts of Portland uses the Summit Level System in both our Associate program and our Stylist program.
This System gives both the Associate and the Stylist a clear and concise map of their long term career potential at Roberts of Portland.
Our Associate program is six months long with one on one instruction three days a week. As an Associate you will work with and be trained by one Stylist through your six month program.
At Roberts of Portland you will work a thirty two hour split shift week. This is considered full time. You will be trained through the Level System on how to maximize your time, therefore maximizing your revenue potential.
Our goal at Roberts of Portland is to provide you with the tools and the opportunity necessary to bring out the busy successful Stylist that is inside of you. It is this philosophy that has made Roberts of Portland a leading salon since 1986.
