Rob Debnam, Owner / Artistic Director

Rob Debnam began his career in Portland as an assistant to Robert Lucich founder of Robert's of Portland in 1986. While building his clientele, Rob was also traveling with the TONI & GUY artistic team, becoming a Platform Artist providing demonstrations and training on the latest innovations in hair cutting.

In 1995, Rob became the Artistic Director at Robert's of Portland, assuming the responsibility for hiring and training all staff at the salon. He oversees the Assistant Program as well as providing hands-on training for the hair cutting portion of the program. In 1999, Rob became a salon partner, and in 2005 became salon owner after the retirement of his mentor Robert Lucich.

Elissa Debnam, Owner / Color Director

Elissa began her career in 1974. Coming to Robert's of Portland in 1986, became a salon partner in 1999, and salon owner in 2005 . Throughout her career, she has continued to study hair color innovations with some of the best educators in the industry.

As the salon Color Director, she is in charge of all color education and training for the staff, as well as providing hands-on training for the color portion of the Assistant Program. Elissa is also a gifted talent at high styling for special occasions. Her energy and concentration are devoted to hair coloring, and she teams with Rob to provide their clientele superior color and cutting services.
